We did it! We weren't sure it would work out, but we were able to secure a bus and a second performance location so "School's Out Singabout" is on!

Here are the details (with arrival times approximate, we all know Charleston traffic...):

📍 CONCERT LOCATIONS

• 11:00 a.m. Charleston County Main Library - 68 Calhoun St. - Charleston 29401
• 1:30 p.m. Indigo Hall - 509 Standard Way - Charleston 29412

⏰ TIMES

• 9:00 a.m.      Singers dropped off at St.James
  
• 9:10 a.m.      Board bus, drive downtown to library
  
• 9:30 a.m.      Arrive at library, sound check
  
• 11:00 a.m.    Performance of "Sing Me a Story"
  
• 12:00 p.m.    Load bus, drive to Gadsdenboro Park (eat lunch, play)
  
• 12:45 p.m.    Load bus, drive to Indigo Hall
  
• 1:30 p.m.      Sing for residents at Indigo Hall
  
• 2:00 p.m.      Load bus, depart for St. James
  
• 2:15 p.m.       Ice cream/popsicles and games
  
• 3:00 p.m.       Pickup at St. James

**IF YOUR SINGER IS ONLY PARTICIPATING IN THE LIBRARY PERFORMANCE**

• Please plan to arrive around 9:30 at the library.
• Be sure to "tag out" your child once the performance is over!

⚠️ IMPORTANT!

• This is the day AFTER the last day of school for CCSD.

👕 WHAT TO WEAR

• PCC black & white t-shirt
• School-appropriate pants or shorts
• Clean school-appropriate shoes
  
• Hair pulled back

🥤 WHAT TO BRING

• Small bag/backpack with the following:
  - lunch
  - snacks
  - WATER BOTTLE (no soda or juice please)
  - hat/sunscreen (just in case)​​

• tablets
• overly sugary snacks 

🎧 PRACTICE THIS WEEK

• Please spend time practicing using the rehearsal tracks.
